There are not too many private residences in Scarborough that can boast they are seconds from the water. Scarborough Waters has a stunning view of the beach and sea because it is virtually on the sea front.

The lounge dining area has stunning views of the ocean. Not that you’ll need to do much cooking and eating in the villa – there are too many great restaurants and cafes in the area to spend a lot of time in the kitchen. But if that’s your bag, the kitchen is well set up with stainless steel refrigerator and a good gas stove.
With the Fremantle Doctor (breeze) tiptoeing in every afternoon, there’s not much need of cooling systems. But just in case, there are overhead fans in the bedrooms and a portable air conditioner in the living areas.

Take your breakfast in the patio at the rear of the villa, where your towels can dry in between swims. There is a separate in the villa laundry for washing, plus a clothes dryer.

If you feel like a good Aussie barbecue, the complex has a barbecue for your use.

There are flyscreens at the windows and security screens. There is undercover parking for one car and off‐street parking for guests.
