Four kilometres from Perth city, near Mount Lawley’s café strip and situated close to parks, shops and public transport, Adair Apartment is smart, comfortable, self-contained accommodation – ideal for family holidays, business trips or when in transition (renovations, moving house, etc). It’s convenient when doing short courses at Edith Cowan University (ECU) or the Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts (WAAPA).  There is a playground close by for those with young children.

There are two bedrooms, one with a queen bed, the other with two singles. Linen and towels are supplied. The unit is on the ground floor, handy to the under-cover car park.

The apartment is serviced by two bus routes. No 19 is the more efficient and the stop is close by.

Close by are Coolbinia Primary School; Mount Lawley Senior High School and TAFE (technical college); Edith Cowan University incorporating the Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts (WAAPA). Perth’s beautiful beaches are a 15 minute drive away and the river is about 3kms from the apartment, as is Mercy Hospital.
