All properties are suitable for people moving to Perth, on holiday, renovating, attending conferences and keeping hospital appointments: Cullen Street Apartment (City Fringe Apartment) is close to several major hospitals, the others are near Mercy Hospital. Cullen Street is close to The University of Western Australia (UWA); the others, except for Mary Street Hideaway, are within walking distance of Edith Cowan University (ECU). Mary Street Hideaway boasts the best location in Highgate, close to everything that’s interesting in the Beaufort Street café strip.
Perth is a delightful holiday destination. In summer, beautiful white-sanded coastal beaches are the perfect way to experience Aussie culture. Fish and chips on the beach or surfing lessons, paddling, parasailing or snorkelling – all are affordable hot weather pastimes. Picnics on the river and in the foothills, visits to Rottnest Island off the coast, trips to wildlife zoos to cuddle koalas and wombats and feed kangaroos, bargain hunting in the markets, and open air free concerts are among some of the fun things to do while in Perth.
Winter is the ideal time to visit wineries up river on cruise boats, go bush walking, travel up north to Kalbarri and the Murchison Gorge, Monkey Mia’s dolphins or visit historical Albany down south. It’s always time to visit wine and craft country around Margaret River and to marvel at the huge surf at nearby Prevelly Beach and Yallingup.
If you want to know what’s happening around Perth, entertainment wise, just ask.
